At Hasiyah The Label, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all items before dispatch. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of sleepwear, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or personal preference.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be considered for any resolution.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
