At Hasiyah The Label, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring quality checks are completed before shipment.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer. Customers will be notified of any major delays.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, peak seasons, or courier delays.
Hasiyah The Label is not responsible for delivery delays once parcels have been handed over to Australia Post.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched and is in the possession of Australia Post, responsibility transfers to the courier.

  • If your parcel is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, you must contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.

  • Australia Post is liable for shipping issues, not Hasiyah The Label.

  • We will assist by providing tracking information where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for courier-related issues.

International Shipping 

Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs processing.
